Return & Refund Policy

Store items only - Not applicable to custom cake commissions
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We accept returns for exchange or refund within 10 days from sale date (excludes sale items, food items, custom toppers or edible images and seasonal items).
All postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless product fault or incorrect item.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange a return.
Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.
Exchanges (if applicable):
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com
Returning Food Items:
We are unable to accept returns of food items as they are not able to be resold under health & safety laws.
We do not accept returns or refunds for food items with 2+ months best before dates.

Return postage costs and any additional duties & taxes assessed by International Customs when returning items from overseas are the responsibility of the customer, as well as any duties & taxes incurred when receiving the exchanged item.
Please ensure products are unused and in original packaging/condition.
Pack carefully as we cannot accept returns of damaged or used items.
