This is a really easy to use impression mat perfect for creating detailed 3D skin textures for dinosaur, lizard & other reptile sugar models, figurines, cake toppers and embossed fondant cookie decorations.

This is a micro-texture impression mat that features a small detailed bumpy texture with a reptillion skin appearance.

Moulds can be used with sugar paste, flower paste, gumpaste, modelling paste, marzipan, chocolate, candy, boiled sugar, polymer clay, paper clay, modelling clay, cold porcelain, salt dough plaster, wax, low-melt metal alloys or resins (urethane, epoxy or polyester).

Clean molds with soapy warm water and a soft sponge and rinse thoroughly before and after each use or prior to storing. Be sure moulds are thoroughly dry before using.

Condition the Icing (or condition other chosen medium) and flatten it slightly higher than the final thickness you want, as when you will press the mat, the icing will lose a bit of thickness.

Lightly dust the surface with corn flour or apply a small amount of shortening. Remove the excess of corn flour and position the texture mat on the icing. Use a rolling pin to applying firm and even pressure over the mat to create the impression on the icing. Using depth guides will make sure that you maintain consistent pressure.

Do not expose rubber to temperatures above 400° F / 204° C.

Please do not put in the dishwasher and avoid using any abrasive materials to clean your mould/impression mat.

Returns:

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We accept returns for exchange or refund within 10 days from sale date (excludes sale items, food items, custom toppers or edible images and seasonal items).
All postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless product fault or incorrect item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
