This item is not dishwasher safe. Please hand-wash in cool or lukewarm, soapy water only. Clean gently with a small soft brush and allow it to air-dry before and after use or prior to storing. If exposed to extreme heat it can warp, so please store this item in a cool, dry environment.

PLA plastic is sustainable because it comes from renewable resources.

PLA is bio-based and biodegradable. It will convert into natural material, such as water, carbon dioxide, and composite. PLA is a thermoplastic; it can be melted and reshaped without significantly degrading its mechanical properties. Hence, PLA is mechanically recyclable.

**Please Note - As with all 3D printed items please expect some minor surface imperfections, so please allow for these slight differences. All of our cutters are checked within a margin for quality/use. **

Knead the Icing (or other chosen medium) and flatten it slightly higher than the final thickness you want, as when you will press the stamp, the icing will lose a bit of thickness.

Lightly dust the stamp with corn flour, Icing Sugar or apply a small amount of shortening. Remove the excess corn flour and gently push the stamp texture-side down onto your icing, applying even pressure.

Use the cutter to cut around the stamped shape.

For a clean cut we recommend cutting on a flexible chopping board, press down all the way and then rub the cutter in a circular motion on the flexible chopping board to give a clean cut. We recommend using cornflour under your fondant to stop sticking.

Please do not put this item in the dishwasher or expose to head. Avoid using any abrasive materials to clean your stamp or cutter.

Damages:

Returns:

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We accept returns for exchange or refund within 10 days from sale date (excludes sale items, food items, custom toppers or edible images and seasonal items).
All postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless product fault or incorrect item.

Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.

Exchanges (if applicable):
