• Clean moulds with soapy warm water and a soft sponge and rinse thoroughly before and after each use or prior to storing. Be sure moulds are thoroughly dry before using.
• Press or roll fondant (or other chosen medium) into the cavities, level the decoration and turn the mould over and bend slightly to release them. Dusting cornflour or rubbing a thin layer of shortening can help prevent sticking .
• We recommend using a 50:50 mix of fondant & modelling chocolate and placing in the freezer for 10 minutes before releasing.

Do not expose rubber to temperatures above 400° F / 204° C.

Please do not put in the dishwasher and avoid using any abrasive materials to clean your mould/impression mat.

Do not use sharp objects to remove icing as this might make a permanent mark on the texture mat.

Returns:

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.

Exchanges (if applicable):
