• Clean embosser warm water and a soft sponge and rinse thoroughly before and after each use or prior to storing. Be sure embossers are thoroughly dry before using.

• Knead the Icing (or other chosen medium) and flatten it slightly higher than the final thickness you want, as when you will press the embosser, the icing will lose a bit of thickness.

• Lightly dust the embosser with corn flour or apply a small amount of shortening. Remove the excess of corn flour and place the embosser texture side up on your workbench. Lay the rolled Icing over the embosser, and use a rolling pin to applying firm and even pressure over the icing to create the impression on the icing. Using depth guides will make sure that you maintain consistent pressure.

Please do not put in the dishwasher and avoid using any abrasive materials to clean your 3d raised embosser.

Do not use sharp objects to remove icing as this might make a permanent mark on the acrylic embosser.

Returns:

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.

Exchanges (if applicable):
